Your uploads. You are responsible for anything you upload, including company logos. Only upload logos you have the right to use.
Site decisions. We are not liable for decisions made on site using the app, so far as the law allows. You remain responsible for all temporary works decisions. Always follow your TWC/TWS, designer, company procedure and BS 5975.
Our liability. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
